Sciatica
Severe pain on lower back
Common cause of sciatica may be
Irritation or inflammation of the sciatic nerve.
Aside from pinch nerve from a disc,
Tumors, injuries and many more cause
Irritation and inflammation.
Commonly bed rest is the first advice
Absent from work is more common.
I suffered sciatica when I was very young
After the bed rest for two weeks I recovered .
When My daughter suffered with sciatica I was
very anxious , but after the bed rest and pain killers
she was also recovered fully.
Please take your pain killers medicine on time,
rest,relax, and enjoy the time you have now.
